- Once you login you will see an option called - My Orders, where you can view all your past orders.
- Alternatively, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered WhatsApp Number & Email after placing the order.
Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not left the warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the delivery address.
If you wish to change the address to an international location, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees associated with the change. However, if you have placed an order with international shipping and would like the delivery to be made in India instead, the shipping fees will be refunded in the form of a Store Credit.

To reduce your waiting time, we may dispatch the products that are ready first. Since each product may have a different shipping timeline, orders can sometimes be shipped in multiple batches.

Product Related
Our garments are handcrafted with love using traditional hand block printing techniques and special dyes. Due to the artisanal nature of the process, slight colour bleeding may occur during the initial washes, this is temporary and a part of their unique charm.
Care Instructions:
- Avoid pairing darker garments with lighter ones initially to prevent colour transfer.
- Avoid wearing in high-sweat conditions during the first few uses.
- Dry clean recommended. Alternatively, gently hand wash separately using a mild detergent.
- Wash separately for the first few washes.
- Do not machine wash.
- Dry inside out in shade.
Slight irregularities in print and colour are natural characteristics of handcrafted products, making every piece beautifully one of a kind.
You can find the size chart on every product page, right below the product details. Since each garment has a unique fit and silhouette, the size chart may vary from product to product.

At the moment, we’re unable to share a confirmed restock timeline. If and when the product is restocked, you will be notified via email.
We try our best to capture product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and camera limitations.
Since our products are handcrafted in small batches by artisans, slight variations in colour and texture are natural and make each piece unique.

Shipping Related
- Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.
- All clothing products take 2 to 14 working days (shipping timelines vary from product to product and are mentioned under every product in the description section as well).
- All International orders will also take 2-14 working days to be shipped but if an order has multiple products and timeline varies then the entire shipment will be shipped together.
- During a SALE, please expect slight delays in shipping due to the sale rush.
Note: Working Days are Monday - Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend.
Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible return orders within India. Unfortunately, this service is not available for international orders.
For certain pincodes, reverse pickup may not be serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to courier the product back to us. A full Store Credit will be issued without deducting the additional Rs.150 charge.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking details via email and SMS. Please also check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes these emails may get filtered there.

For Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders above Rs.2500. For orders below Rs.2500, a flat shipping fee of Rs.150 is charged for COD and Prepaid orders.
For International Shipping
We provide free international shipping for orders above Rs.10000
For orders below Rs.1000, a flat shipping fee of Rs.2500 is charged
Customs and import duty, if any, will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.
We work with a shipping aggregator that automatically selects the best courier partner based on the delivery location. Some of our shipping partners include DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and UPS.
We use eco-friendly biodegradable mailers for shipping all our orders.
Returns & Exchanges Related
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are only made in terms of Tieco E-Credits.
- We offer return pickups from our end. However, if your pin code is not serviceable for return pickup, or due to operational limitations in arranging the return, you will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.
Upon successful receipt of the returned product, up to ₹150 will be credited as Tieco E-Credit towards self-shipping charges. - FABRICS, SALE & LAST PIECES are not eligible for any Return, Exchange or Refund
- Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.
- Each order is eligible for a return only once if the product falls under the Return & Exchange policy.
- In case of any damaged/ defective/wrong or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
- Once the product is delivered, please do not discard the delivery packages. In case of a missing or defective product during delivery, it is easier to investigate if the parcel packaging and invoice are available. If these are discarded, the investigation will not be possible.
In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp by sharing the following details:
- Clear images of the product received.
- Clear front and back images of the package/packet received, with the invoice clearly visible
- Confirmation on whether the package appeared tampered with upon delivery
- Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once.
- Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products, and these are all signs of authenticity.
- Shipping charges are non - refundable.
- The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
- Please note, products from our brand bought from other marketplaces like Nykaa are not eligible for any return or exchange at our store or on the website.
- Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our stores, and store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online.
Return & Exchange Request Process:
- Click here to request a return or exchange.
- State the return/exchange reason and select the item to be returned/exchanged along with images in case of any defect/damages.
- A return/exchange pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
- Once the pickup is created, the product will be collected within 7 to 10 working days.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
Tieco E-Credit:
- Tieco E-Credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
- Tieco E-Credit is valid for a lifetime.
- Tieco E-Credit serves as a digital wallet and can be applied to your next purchase
- The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
- If a Product is exchanged for a lower-value item, the remaining balance will be refunded in the form of Tieco E-credits.
Order Cancellations:
- In case of order cancellation, we request customers to cancel the order before it is shipped.
For pre-shipping cancellations, the full amount will be refunded as Tieco E-Credit.
For post-shipping cancellations, shipping charges are non-refundable. Rs. 150 will be deducted from the order value towards shipping charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded as Tieco E-Credit. - Sale & discounted products are not eligible for any cancellations or refunds
International Orders:
- If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.
- We do not offer any exchange on International Orders.
- We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.
- A Tieco E-Credit will be issued for the value of the returned product only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at hello@theindianethnicco.com. The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A Tieco E-Credit of the same value can be made in such cases.
- Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company.
- Refunds will be credited to your wallet only once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team which takes 1-2 working days.
- TIECO E-Credit will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
- The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
