Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are only made in terms of Tieco E-Credits.

     

  • We offer return pickups from our end. However, if your pin code is not serviceable for return pickup, or due to operational limitations in arranging the return, you will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.
    Upon successful receipt of the returned product, up to ₹150 will be credited as Tieco E-Credit towards self-shipping charges.

  • FABRICS, SALE & LAST PIECES are not eligible for any Return, Exchange or Refund
  • Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.
  • Each order is eligible for a return only once if the product falls under the Return & Exchange policy.

  • In case of any damaged/ defective/wrong or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
  • Once the product is delivered, please do not discard the delivery packages. In case of a missing or defective product during delivery, it is easier to investigate if the parcel packaging and invoice are available. If these are discarded, the investigation will not be possible.
  • In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp by sharing the following details:

  1. Clear images of the product received.
  2. Clear front and back images of the package/packet received, with the invoice clearly visible
  3. Confirmation on whether the package appeared tampered with upon delivery
  • Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once. 
  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
  • Shipping charges are non - refundable.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
  • Please note, products from our brand bought from other marketplaces like Nykaa are not eligible for any return or exchange at our store or on the website.
  • Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our stores, and store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online.

Return & Exchange Request Process:

  • Click here to request a return or exchange. 
  • State the return/exchange reason and select the item to be returned/exchanged along with images in case of any defect/damages.
  • A return/exchange pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
  • Once the pickup is created, the product will be collected within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.

Tieco E-Credit:

  • Tieco E-Credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
  • Tieco E-Credit is valid for a lifetime.
  • Tieco E-Credit serves as a digital wallet and can be applied to your next purchase
  • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
  • If a Product is exchanged for a lower-value item, the remaining balance will be refunded in the form of Tieco E-credits.

Order Cancellations :

  • In case of order cancellation, we request customers to cancel the order before it is shipped.
    For pre-shipping cancellations, the full amount will be refunded as Tieco E-Credit.
    For post-shipping cancellations, shipping charges are non-refundable. Rs. 150 will be deducted from the order value towards shipping charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded as Tieco E-Credit.
  • Sale & discounted products are not eligible for any cancellations or refunds

International Orders:

  • If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.

  • We do not offer any exchange on International Orders.
  • We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.

  • A Tieco E-Credit will be issued for the value of the returned product only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.

    In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at hello@theindianethnicco.com. The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A Tieco E-Credit of the same value can be made in such cases.

     

  1. Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company.
  2. Refunds will be credited to your wallet only once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team which takes 1-2 working days.
  • TIECO E-Credit will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

The contact information of the delivery executive is exclusively provided to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations
